Birthday Man, 2013
Today is hubby's birthday. We did not have any big celebration and a birthday is incomplete without a birthday cake, so I decided to bake him a simple brownie using premix brownie mix as I do not have all the necessary baking utensils. Kids were excited and happy as they get to sing birthday song for daddy. Emily also made a card for daddy and later insisted to buy daddy a card when she saw this lovely card in the

You are really versatile, can bake a cake without your usual utensils. Nice to see Emily writing her wishes for her father in Chinese characters. Looks like a happy celebration with a simple yet baked with love cake.
